Going Froggy for this cute paper plate frog! Paint a paper plate green and allow to dry. Paint both hands and press them down on white construction paper, dry and cut out. Cut out a tongue and curl from red construction paper. To attach tongue, cut a slit where the mouth should be, insert end of tongue and fasten in the back with tape. Add eyes and nose!
