Apple Pie Pockets


Make these simple apple pockets with Grands Biscuits. Press out dough with hands or rolling pin so the biscuit is flat and round. Add apple pie filling to one half of the circle  (I used the Apple Pie filling they sell at Cracker Barrel Old Country Store) you can add cinnamon if it is not in the filling. Fold over the biscuit to form a "pocket" and pinch down the sides with your fingers or a fork to seal. Bake in oven on cookie sheet at 350 degrees until golden brown. Add a scoop of caramel ice cream and enjoy!
